Get Companies Qualified for Environmental Operating Licenses

Where The Good Land Office gets companies qualified to obtain operating licenses and environmental approvals in accordance with the provisions of the law and based on Article (10) of the Environmental Protection and Improvement Act No. (27) of the year 2009 and the instructions for environmental limitations of project construction and monitoring the safety of their implementation No. (3) of the year 2011. This Act requires industrial establishments to make an environmental impact report, a technical file, and a project occupational safety and health file.In addition, The Good Land Office works to provide environmental legal advice according to local and international environmental regulations, limitations and legislation.
